Writer's Workshop--Tips, Techniques, and Inspiration
presented by Linda Lowen
Maybe you're knee deep into NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) or maybe you've always wanted to write and need that nudge. Local writer Linda Lowen will lead a 90-minute workshop--a grab bag of approaches and suggestions to encourage your writing life and keep you inspired. Learn the foolproof process that can turn anyone into a writer, find out what makes a story, novel, or memoir flow or fumble, and try an in-class exercise to access your subconscious for character and story ideas. Bring tools for writing: pen and paper, or a laptop if you prefer.
Free. Registration preferred as space is limited.
